We rounded off a spectacular week of Christmas chaos when Hugo joined Matt Chorley on BBC Radio 5live to chat about why the humble paper diary still matters in a digital world that's constantly buzzing.
While apps come and go, a beautifully made diary becomes part of your life - carried, scribbled in, thumbed through, and treasured. We have customers who we see at events year after year, choosing a new colour or seeking a change of material. They line their diaries up on a shelf at home with moments in time written down that will last a lifetime. It is so wonderful to know that these books become treasured possessions.
We couldn’t be prouder of our ever-growing diary collection - each one carefully hand bound in our bindery in Stamford, Lincolnshire, using our own finest British milled paper from Kendal in Cumbria.
There’s something undeniably special about putting pen to paper, the chance to pause and reflect and to cherish the moments that matter.
We are thrilled to play a small part in keeping that tradition alive in a truly unique and bespoke way.
