We take pride in creating all of our products by hand and being made to order it does take time, no off the shelf stuff here! Our personalised notebooks, diaries, journals and lifestyle books have initials embossed on to the cover before it is attached to the book block of pages to ensure the highest possible finish.
For all of our items, we offer free shipping (order value over £20.00) (dispatched in 4-10 working days ) or if you would like it sooner you can select Royal Mail 24 (dispatched in 3-5 working days) at the checkout. If you are local you can also select local pick up at the checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.
If you need your order in a hurry or for a specific event (e.g. a gift) or have any queries about your order please contact us. There is space in the checkout procedure to add notes to your order.
Should your order take longer than anticipated, a member of our team will be in contact as soon as possible to advise.
If there is a difficulty with supply we will always promptly contact you.
We send all notebooks via Royal Mail. UK orders are delivered free of charge. Should you wish to have a quicker delivery there is the opportunity, in the Checkout, to pay for First Class postage or we can dispatch via DPD, please get in touch to arrange.
International Orders
At The Stamford Notebook Company we ship notebooks across the world. Our shopping cart calculates the shipping costs so you can understand the charge before buying.
Orders maybe liable for a local country's VAT Taxes and Duty charges, which is payable by the customer.
For large/corporate orders we use a variety of international shippers and can advise of likely costs depending on speed of delivery service required.
