Last month, we proudly celebrated a decade at Burghley Horse Trials!
For us, this world-renowned equestrian event has become more than just a retail venue; it is a unique occasion to communicate and collaborate with our customers in person. To exchange creative thoughts and a shared passion for stationery. As we reflect on these wonderful ten years, we’re delighted to share our thoughts on what makes our time at Burghley so special.
When we attended Burghley for the first time, we had a modest selection of notebooks. Fast forward ten years, and our product range has expanded significantly! We now offer diverse collections of handcrafted notebooks, diaries, refillable leather journals and lifestyle books that cater to the needs of all stationery enthusiasts and creatives alike. We’re constantly inspired by our customers’ feedback and interests, which drives us to innovate and develop new products.
One of our highlights at Burghley is the opportunity to meet our customers face-to-face. We cherish the moments spent chatting with visitors, hearing their stories, and understanding what they love about our products. We have forged many friendships and still get a thrill from seeing familiar faces year after year.
What you don't see is the huge amount of preparation it takes behind the scenes to make our stand a reality. Our fantastic team work tirelessly for weeks during the build up to Burgley making stock, painting furniture, sewing all manor of things that we have dreamt up to make our stand look eye-catching, and of course sorting the snacks! It's a huge team effort and we are so grateful to have an unwavering support crew. You know who you are!
