Gareth Davies MP Visits The Stamford Notebook Company!

Recently we had the pleasure of hosting local MP Gareth Davies at our bindery in Stamford, where we were able to demonstrate to him our bookbinding prowess as well as discussing local business support for companies such as ours and how we have been supported during recent times. 

Gareth has mentioned The Stamford Notebook Company in parliament during Prime Ministers Questions previously when discussing #Smallbusinesssaturday back in December, and is passionate about supporting local business. 

We gave him a full tour of the bindery, discussing all aspects of our bookbinding and printing services, and introduced him to our talented team who work hard to produce all of our Notebooks, Diaries and Journals by hand.

We demonstrated all of our production processes, from sewing the book blocks, to making a cover and Gareth also observed some of our heritage machinery in action too. We are passionate about keeping traditional artisan skills alive and it was a pleasure to give Gareth this unique insight into our business.
