I learnt to letterpress print at school, aged 13! I joined the family firm in 1991 and slowly took over from my father who established the company in the late 1950s. I can operate all equipment and carry out all bookbinding processes. Proficient with all software and maintaining the website. Interests and Hobbies: Sailing and all things to do with water! (and sitting down!). Once was a very keen rower (until my back gave way) and still am the treasurer at Peterborough City Rowing Club. Hobbies include making things particularly shoes! A fun fact about me: I rowed against Steve Redgrave and Matthew Pinsent. They won.

Before moving to Cambridgeshire I spent 10 years in London working in Accessories Product Development and Management for several luxury brands including Paul Smith and Hackett. I joined The Stamford Notebook Team in 2015 and have had several roles within the company, from working with leather and developing new products to managing all things digital including the lifestyle photography. I am now honoured to be Director and Hugo’s ‘wingman’ and look forward to many more adventures taking this business to the next level! Interests and Hobbies: You’ll mostly find me in the kitchen, whether thats cooking, baking, or socialising with friends. I am also a school governor. A fun fact about me: I am always the last person on the dance floor! |

I worked in the workshop making notebooks for two years before taking a break, and I have now returned to work in the office, answering the phone, packing up orders and general administration. Interests and Hobbies: Reading especially Historical Crime Novels, walking my Chocolate Labrador called Monty, Collecting Vintage China and spending time with my Grandchildren. A fun fact about me: I love watching K-Drama’s.

I worked for a well-known travel company for 13 years before being made redundant. I worked for an insurance company for two years and then decided I needed a career change and came to work for Stamford Notebook Company. Interests and Hobbies: Travelling, live music, escape rooms and embroidery. A fun fact about me: I like watching True Crime Documentaries. |

Before moving back to Lincolnshire in 2020, I graduated from Southampton Solent University with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. I gained a few years experience producing graphics for a Defense company, and shortly after worked for a wholesale distributor who supply Health Food and wellness products to independent ant retailers. Having worked there as the Marketing Co-ordinator, for around 9 years, my role evolved somewhat, and I became the main POC for all paid marketing activity, as well as working on other projects including consumer literature. I joined The Stamford Notebook Company in August 2023, as a Marketing Assistant, and now take care of our Social media platforms, the SNC website and marketing literature. Interests and Hobbies: I love to listen to podcasts, yoga, walking in nature, visiting new places and spending time with my husband and two little ones! A fun fact about me: I love watching home renovation programmes, and I have a new found obsession for house plants! |
